Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying there condition, we will process either a refund or an exchange, based on your preference. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Brick In It will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the item(s).
